Cypress ILS's staff has varying backgrounds that help to make them successful in their day-to-day delivery of Basic Life Skills coaching. Besides their genuine care about the well being of others, and a true desire to help, our staff have training and education in areas such as Rehabilitation Counseling, Nursing, Healthcare, Education and Recreation.

Cypress ILS staff are also available to deliver services in the following languages: English, Vietnamese, Tagalog, Cantonese, and American Sign Language (ASL).  
 
As an employee at Cypress ILS, individuals have the opportunity to participate in scholarships and educational credits, as well as chances to enter in monthly drawings and contests. It strives to create a positive and upbeat work environment and consistently seeks innovative ways to grow and improve the services provided to the community.
