But, it is not simply in the attainment of a job, or arriving at a doctor's appointment on one's own that Cypress seeks for its clients. It is this skill that empowers all individuals to live their own unique lives. Through the programs offered, the clients are given the opportunity to make their own choices, and the choices they make will be in the context of real life situations, not in such controlled environments as group field trips or seminars. The clients will not only be able to open bank accounts, or choose a particular bank, but will be able to close a bank account and move to another....all of their own volition.
