COGRATULATIONS! After careful review of your background and qualification, you have been invited to participate in the first step in our hiring process- the initial interview. Initial interviews are conducted via the phone with each qualified candidate within a 30 minute timeframe. At this time, the Cypress ILS interviewer will be exploring your background and qualifications in the following areas:

- Your Relevant Education and/or Work Experience
